Jay K. Delich
Founder, Consultant and Certified Appraiser
Jay Delich started appraising real estate in 1972 for Mortgage Banking. In 1973, Jay started focusing his career on Relocation appraising.
Throughout his years in the Real Estate Appraisal industry, Jay has also been extremely hands-on. The way Jay describes it is "Giving back to my profession."
Throughout his career, Jay has received numerous awards and has been very active in leadership roles of the appraisal profession. He is co-author of the 1994, 2001 and 2010 Worldwide ERC appraisal form, 1994 and 2010 Relocation Appraisal Guide, author of the "Fundamentals of Relocation Appraisal" seminar, co-author of the 2003 online Worldwide ERC relocation appraisal training program, co-author of the Appraisal Institute's summary forms and devotes much time to all facets of appraisal training and education.
Jay served on the Worldwide ERC Board of Directors from 2008 through 2010, and from Worldwide ERC, Jay received the President's Award in 1994, 2001 and 2011, four distinguished service awards, and the SCRP designation. In 2010, Jay was installed into the Worldwide ERC Hall of Leaders, a prestigious recognition.

Expanding our horizons
In 2002, Jay's daughter, Darcy Delich Kulla, started working with Arizona Appraisal Team. Jay and Darcy worked together on a daily basis for years as Jay taught Darcy everything he knows. Darcy became a Certified appraiser, luxury specialist and was the Operations Manager for up to 24 appraisers.
In May 2019, Darcy successfully took the reins and purchased the business from Jay.
